Our esteemed alumni, teachers, staff, well wishers, guardians and my dear students of Cotton,
Hope my message finds you in your best of health and spirits.
I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge your constant support and guidance in our journey towards building a robust University from a 119 year old college that had withstood the test of time and has always made efforts to achieve its vision of becoming an institution, excelling in teaching and research, and, developing knowledge and skills with an emphasis on this part of the country.
As Cottonian, we have always strived to contribute diligently to the society at large and come forward and offer our best of support to the people during the times of distress brought forth by natural calamities, manmade disasters etc and/or have always made efforts to touch the lives of many students of this region to get quality education and exposure, which otherwise would have not been economically viable for them.
The world today is facing an unprecedented challenge with communities and economies everywhere affected by the growing COVID-19 pandemic. As a University we are trying to make efforts to meet the pandemic challenge not only on our own but also in cooperation with the government and dedicated individuals like you who have come forward to support the cause.
Cottonian Social Responsibility(CSR) - Friends of Cotton initiative of the University aims to provide support to all such people in distress, so that no poor remains homeless and they get the basic amenities of food, water and medicines during such torment times. Your alma mater appeals to every Cottonian across the globe to come forward and donate generously for this noble cause and help Cotton to provide this much needed relief to the people of this region.
Donations can be made through cheque, RTGS and online mode; offline collections in form of cheques should be given in the name of “Cotton University”. All such contributions can be made in the University Bank Account having the following details:
