The Azim Premji University is going to recruit Associates for their various academic programs. All interested PG SEM III students from the departments mentioned in the brochure are hereby informed to register at the given link/ or using QR code.

The Associate programme provides an opportunity for fresh post-graduates to develop a deep understanding of what education means, enabling them to support our efforts in improving the quality of education in Government Schools. 

After completion of one year, Associates have an opportunity to continue as a Resource Person at one of our District Institutes contributing to our work in teacher professional development. 

During the first year, Associates will be immersed in the realities of government school education in rural India which will enable them to experience and contribute to the public education system at the ground level. 

Eligibility 

  1. Postgraduates 2023 only (MA/MSc) or Integrated Postgraduate Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, English, Hindi, Mathematics, Political Science, History, Geography, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology and Economics, Education, Development, Child Development, Social Work with Early Childhood Education specialization. (Full-time and regular courses only). 

  2. Course completion in 2023. 

  1. Language proficiency in Hindi or Kannada – in addition to English 

Selection Process 

  1. Pre-Placement Talk followed by a Written Test (digital/paper-pencil on-campus – per feasibility) 

  2. Interview with field leaders, (if the interview is held online, there will be another round of Face-to-Face interview) 

  3. Offer release to selected students. 

* Travel and accommodation expenses of the candidates traveling for the Interview will be reimbursed as per Foundation travel guidelines, and policy. 

Placement Locations: Associates will be posted in our Field locations in the districts of Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand.
